CAPT Warren Judge, USCG

Captain (CAPT) Warren Judge has 34 years of distinguished service in the United States Coast Guard, with occupational specialty in the area of C5ISC (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center), and is currently the Engineering Services Division (ESD) Chief stationed in Portsmouth, VA for the Coast Guard’s C5ISC Command located in Alexandria, VA. Previously, he was the Executive Officer (XO) of the Coast Guard’s Command, Control, Communications and Engineering Center (C3CEN) command which was the legacy ESD. Previously, CAPT Judge was the XO at Base Elizabeth City.

CAPT Judge was stationed at the White House Communications Agency from May 2009 to August 2012 where he served as a Presidential Response Officer. He was the only Coast Guardsman at the 950 joint military personnel unit and hand-picked as one of seven personnel within WHCA who traveled on board Air Force One, Marine Two and to Camp David as a WHCA Command Representative, overseeing communications.

CAPT Judge was the Operations Officer for the Electronic Systems Support Unit New Orleans, LA where he worked vigorously following Hurricane Katrina, leading teams to rebuilding the Coast Guard’s lower gulf coast command and control infrastructure, which resulted in saving more than 34,000 lives.

CAPT Judge received his bachelor’s of science in Computer Science from Elizabeth City State University, has two master degrees, one from Howard University and the other from The National Graduate School; CAPT Judge attended the Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government, for the Executive Education for Cyber-security. He attained his Acquisition Program Level II certification and was named one of the Modern Day Technology Leaders for the Coast Guard at the 2013 and 2014 Black Engineer of the Year awards celebration.
