Welcome to another avenue NNOA will use in guiding you as you progress in your military career!  The articles published here reflect recent research on career development, mentoring, and guidance from senior officers in the sea services. Read them and take what applies for you at this moment in your career. Share the information within your circle of friends and peer. We will keep the articles short and to the point to encourage you to read to the end of each article!  The recent research was sponsored by NNOA to understand the role the Association could play in providing the junior officer career development advice.  It interviewed thirteen senior officers in the Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard to determine what tools did they used in developing their career.  This research will be shared in this space along with corporate and industry information, and on occasion insight from you, the reader.
